Be part of an exciting two-day event on 20 – 21 October 2025, where space professionals, startups, scale-ups, researchers, university students, policymakers, and public authorities come together to explore the future of space science and technology.

Registation deadline is 12 september. 

Participation is free of charge,  but registration is required. As seats are limited, all registrations are preliminary until you receive a confirmation or rejection email — no later than 15 September 2025.

In the case of high demand, priority will be given to the conference’s target group:
European industry experts, startups, scale-ups, researchers, university students, policymakers, and public authorities.

Registration is available for individual conference days as well.

📌 Please note: The conference includes lunches and a conference dinner (if selected). However, participants are expected to cover their own expenses for travel, accommodation, local transport, and any optional social activities (unless otherwise agreed). Please note that online participation is not available.

The Space Conference 2025 seeks to highlight the future generation of space professionals by welcoming a separate Youth Space Conference on 20 October organized by the House of Natural Sciences, ESERO Denmark, and Aalborg University.

The target group of the Youth Space Conference is students in upper secondary education.

Highlights include keynote speakers, a panel discussion, and a student poster session showcasing collaborative projects. The students poster session is available at the lower foyer throughout the Space Conference and on Monday, 20 October (Day 1) between 14:30 - 15:00 where you can meet the students.

We invited students, educators, researchers, and industry partners to submit poster and demo proposals for presentation at the upcoming Space Conference 2025 on 20 - 21 October, 2025. Deadline for poster and demos was 1 August. 

Kicking off on 21 October at 11:30 - 13:00, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase space-related activities at different levels in a dynamic and interactive format. The posters and demos will be displayed during the second day of the conference and will be organized into two main tacks:

• Track 1: Student and educational activities 
• Track 2: Research and industrial activities

📅 Submission deadline: 1 August, 2025
📧 Notification of acceptance: 15 August, 2025

Submission format

The demo and poster proposals must be submitted as a one-page extended abstract (in PDF format, double column, font 11) by e-mail to Israel Leyva-Mayorga via ilm@es.aau.dk with subject “DSC25 Poster/Demo” followed by the last name of the first author.

The e-mail must clearly state whether it is a student submission and whether it is a poster or demo proposal. Furthermore, the abstract must clearly state the names and affiliation of the authors.

Submissions received after the deadline, indicated below, will not be considered for presentation. The submitted abstracts will be light-reviewed based on the following criteria.

• Relevance
• Novelty
• Potential impact
• Technical content (for posters only)
• Quality of the presentation

The authors of selected posters and demos will be notified by email. At least one co-author must register to the conference, attend, and present the demo or poster.
